If one area is off-limits or temporarily broken, try another one.<\/p>\n For a young stay-at-home parent, it could be balancing a certain pants size with weekly ice cream night with their kids.<\/p>\n For an elite powerlifter, it might be pushing their bench press without screwing up their shoulders or social life.<\/p>\n For a retiree in their 70s, it may be \u201cmobility over medication\u201d\u2014staying off the blood pressure pills and enjoying long walks with their spouse.<\/p>\n That\u2019s why your clients need coaching that\u2019s individualized and thoughtful.<\/strong><\/p>\n It\u2019s about exploration and invitation.<\/strong><\/p>\n Explore your clients\u2019 worlds to find areas for growth, improvement, and learning.
